When using PPS M&A Treeview Filters on a scorecard, it has a default maximum values of about 200 members and then it doesn't show anymore. You can increase the number of members by adding the following tag in the SharePoint web.config file.

Ok, this is a bigger job than I thought. Here you will find what is under the DESIGN tab. The Design tab allows you to modify the KPI formatting options. It also provide styles for toolbar options, etc. All these things where hidden in BSM, so it is nice having it exposed.
